+20 years professional experience, having worked in Financial Services, Education and Consulting sectors.  Managed business operations and created efficiencies through change programmes, restructuring and business process development and improvement.  Led the way with Occupational Health & Safety, Business Continuity Planning, Information Security and Office Security, including Management of Contractors and Procedures.

An avid eye for detail, with a background in managing monthly Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, Revenue and Budgets, including forecasting and reporting.  Established controls, including debt collection, employee expense procedures and monthly report reconciliation.

Coached individuals to performance improvement, including performance reviews, goal setting, appraisals, disciplinary hearings and staff training, which built trust and inspired others to develop, improve, grow and succeed.

Managed Information Security, Data Protection, Metrics and Performance Reporting as well as more recently achieving a GDPR Practitioner certification.

Free consultation – Arrange your free consultation now!  This includes a proposal and quote for the services you request, with no obligation to proceed.

One-Time Services – Agree one-off business advisory services, including research and preparation for those about to form a start-up, business advice for existing start-ups and small businesses, coaching and facilitation.  All charged at either £75 per hour flat-rate, half or full-day rates also apply, subject to Terms of Business.

Multi-Time Services – Agree fixed-term projects and retainers for ongoing business advice and business operational support.  Charged at a fixed daily, weekly or monthly rate, with discounted fees applied, subject to Terms of Business.
