What is Business Coaching and is it for me?

“Business Coaching is an opportunity to take control and become the best version of you.  Opening and running a business is a test of character.  It’s challenging, hard work and requires skill and professional expertise.”

Maximum Solutions Consulting Ltd.’s Business Coach, Steve Wyatt, provides business coaching in London and the surrounding area.  Business coaching sessions guide and empower you to make better and faster decisions.

With business coaching, there isn’t a one size fits all approach.  We are unique and aspects of our businesses are often complex and challenging, which means there isn’t necessarily a quick fix.

To be successful, you want change, are open minded and willing to achieve change by exploring what makes you tick; your thoughts, emotions, feelings and sometimes, very difficult and challenging beliefs.

Before you start business coaching:

  • Do you understand the difference between a Business Coach and Business Advisor?  i.e. Business Coaching provides guidance and helps you reach your own decisions.  A business coach doesn’t give you the answers or directly tell you what to change or how to do it.
  • Are you committed to business coaching and that it takes time, energy and hard work?  i.e. there’s no quick fix
  • Are you clear about what you want to achieve and what success looks like?
  • What skills do you currently have and what do you want to develop and improve?
